We like to say that SchoolHouse Kitchen® Bardshar Chutney has never met a meat or a cheese it did not like so this is your license to explore; chutney can be used on almost everything. Go forth and experiment, but in the meantime here are some of our suggestions.
Choose cheese from soft and bloomy, semi firm to firm, goat, sheep or cow, or just narrow in and pick from Humboldt Fog, St. Nectaire, or Gubbeen. You won’t go wrong. Place your cheese of choice on warm baguette slices, add a dollop of SchoolHouse Kitchen® Bardshar Chutney, and you are in for a little bit of heaven.
Some people say “Throw down,” we say “Any sandwich. Any time.” Take your pick, and apply Bardshar Chutney liberally.
