- 4 cups cooked black beans
- 2 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 cups corn
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ¾ cup SchoolHouse Kitchen® Balsamic Vinaigrette Basico, adjust to taste
Mix all ingredients together and serve.
