Classic Cobb Salad

We love Cobb Salad and are always searching for the perfect dressing that brings extra punch to a timeless favorite; and now you have it with SchoolHouse Kitchen® Balsamic Vinaigrette Basico. Serve this salad with crusty French bread.

- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
- ¼ pound blue cheese, crumbled
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 2 avocados, diced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- ¾ cup SchoolHouse Kitchen® Balsamic Vinaigrette Basico

Place the romaine in a large bowl or serving platter. Arrange each of the remaining ingredients in wedge sections on top of the lettuce.

Toss salad table side with the Balsamic Vinaigrette Basico.
