- 6 chicken ½ breasts, skinless and boneless
- 1 jar SchoolHouse Kitchen® Cherry Blackberry Sage & Clove Anytime Spreadable Fruit
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- salt and freshly ground pepper
Pound chicken breasts to even them out. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix ½ jar of Cherry Blackberry Sage & Clove Anytime Spreadable Fruit with the balsamic vinegar. Marinate the chicken breasts in the above mixture for about 10-15 minutes.
Grill the chicken outside or using an indoor grill pan, turning once, until just done.
