Recipe : Ginger Lime Vinaigrette : AvocadoOrangeSalad

Avocado and Orange Salad

This appetizing salad is equally as appropriate as a first-course, or as a great main course luncheon salad. Serve with crusty French baguettes.

- 1 head of Boston lettuce
- 1 bunch of watercress
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 orange, supremed (sectioned)
- ¼ cup toasted almonds, sliced
- 2 tablespoons SchoolHouse Kitchen® Ginger Lime Vinaigrette

Toss lettuce and citrus with the Ginger Lime Vinaigrette. Arrange avocado and top with almonds.
