- 1 head of oak leaf lettuce
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 1 papaya, sliced
- 1 small bunch green grapes, sliced in half
- 2 bananas, sliced in ½-inch chunks, soaked in lemon juice
- 1 pint blueberries
- 2 tablespoons SchoolHouse Kitchen® Ginger Lime Vinaigrette
- 1 sprig fresh mint
Mix the fruit gently with the Ginger Lime Vinaigrette and arrange on a bed of lettuce. Garnish with mint leaves.
