Recipe : Horseradish-Dill Mustard : BakedSalmon

Buffet Baked Salmon

Having people to dinner and want a dish that will wow them but is easy to prepare? Our baked salmon is the perfect answer for the busy cook.

- 1 large tail-end-salmon fillet (3+ pounds)
- 4 tablespoons SchoolHouse Kitchen® Horseradish-Dill Mustard

- Fresh dill
- Olive oil

Grease a large baking pan with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh dill. Lay salmon fillet skin-down on the bed of fresh dill, and slather with Horseradish-Dill Mustard. Add a layer of fresh dill over the mustard. Cover with foil and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
