Fourever and a Year's Grilled Salmon with Mustard Sauce

A great addition to your summer grilling lineup. Thanks to Frances Sylvia of Fourever and a Year for creating this recipe for Foodzie's Blogger Tasting Panel.

- 4 salmon filets
- olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- ½ cup Light Mayo
- ½ cup Light Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder

Prepare grill by lightly oiling grill grate over medium-high heat. Brush salmon filets with a generous amount of olive oil. Salt and pepper the salmon fillets modestly on both sides. Place fillets onto grill. Grill salmon for 2 to 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Combine mayo, sour cream, SchoolHouse Kitchen® Horseradish-Dill Mustard, lemon juice, cayenne, and garlic powder, and mix until well blended. Add a dollop to Grilled Salmon...enjoy!
