- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup SchoolHouse Kitchen® Peach Rosemary Anytime Spreadable Fruit
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup green grapes, sliced in half
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Dice chicken into ½” pieces; place in a large bowl for mixing. Mix in the celery, mayonnaise, green grapes, sliced almonds, ½ cup Peach Rosemary Anytime Spreadable Fruit, tasting along the way to be sure it suits your palate.
Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
