- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup water
- 3" piece fresh ginger, peeled of skin
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Zest the fresh ginger. To make marinade, combine Peach Rosemary Anytime Spreadable Fruit , soy sauce, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and water.

Wash and pat chicken dry with a paper towel. Place breasts in a dish and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Be sure to leave some marinade aside to baste chicken while grilling.

Prepare grill. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes on each side, until the chicken is cooked through. Brush additional marinade on chicken while cooking.
