Peachy Keen Cocktail

 

 

This cocktail recipe is the invention of our friend and tireless SHK supporter Robin Kacyn - thanks, Robin!


- 1 tbsp. SchoolHouse Kitchen® Peach Rosemary Anytime Spreadable Fruit
- 2 oz. bourbon
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 oz simple syrup, or to taste
- Splash soda
- Dash peach bitters

Combine first four ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain into lowball glass.  Add soda and one or two shakes of bitters. Serve, garnished with small rosemary spring and/or peach slice (only if in season).
