- Coconut Citrus Vinaigrette
- Poppyseed Vinaigrette Revival
- Balsamic Vinaigrette Basico
- Ginger Lime Vinaigrette

- 1 fennel bulb, sliced thinly
- 2-3 large carrots, grated on medium grate
- ½ head of green cabbage, sliced thinly
- 3-4 tablespoons SchoolHouse Kitchen® Poppyseed Vinaigrette Revival
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, and dress with Poppyseed Vinaigrette Revival.
It is nice to make a lot of this salad (you can double the recipe) and keep it for several days. You can add some herbs of your choice to impart a different flavor.
The variations are plenty. Here are a few suggestions: use equal amounts of both green and red cabbage; grate broccoli stalks; or add in thinly sliced raddichio. Add in plain yogurt for a creamier slaw.
