Recipe : Poppyseed Vinaigrette Revival : Strawberry Spinach Salad

Strawberry Spinach Salad

This combination makes a summer salad a delight. Serve with tea biscuits, and ginger lemonade, or a glass of Pinot Grigio.

- fresh baby spinach, or spinach from your garden {if you have it!}
- 1 pint of fresh strawberries, halved or sliced
- 2-4 tablespoons SchoolHouse Kitchen® Poppyseed Vinaigrette Revival
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Place the spinach and strawberries in a salad bowl, and gently toss with the Poppyseed Vinaigrette Revival, to taste.

Serves 4-6
