Recipe : Squadrilla Chutney : Fish Tacos

Fish Tacos

Tacos are an easy way to create a healthy, festive, and delicious grilled meal for friends and family.

- 1 pound fresh white fish, such as halibut or mahi mahi
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 jalapeño chile, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves, plus garnish
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 head of green cabbage, shredded
- ¼ cup sliced scallions
- 2 avocados, mashed with fresh lime juice
- SchoolHouse Kitchen® Squadrilla Chutney

Preheat and grease your grill.

Marinate fish in lime juice, jalapeño, cilantro leaves, and chili powder for about 10-15 minutes.

Grill fish for 4-5 minutes on first side, then flip it for just about half a minute or until you can see that it is cooked through. Let rest while you toss the tortillas on the grill to warm.

Pile tortillas with fish, avocado, shredded cabbage, scallions, cilantro, and Squadrilla Chutney.
