Black Pepper Crusted Beef Filet

Beef filet is one of the easiest recipes to make, couple that with the fabulous impression this meal makes, and you will wonder why you don’t make it once a week.

- 4 beef filets
- 2 tablespoons SchoolHouse Kitchen^® SweetSmoothHot Mustard
- Freshly ground black pepper

Spark up your grill. Spread SweetSmoothHot Mustard on both sides of meat and dip in lots of freshly ground pepper. Grill (or for apartment dwellers sauté in a heavy frying pan) for a few minutes on each side until medium rare.

This recipe works just as well with a whole beef tenderloin for a larger dinner.
