Zesty Salad Dressing

Your own homemade salad dressing that really brings the flavor and powerful kick to any salad.

- ¾ cup of your best olive oil
- ¼ cup of red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons SchoolHouse Kitchen^® SweetSmoothHot Mustard
- 1 garlic clove minced (or put through garlic press)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk red wine vinegar into SweetSmoothHot Mustard with garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Gradually and slowly whisk in olive oil to mixture. It will keep for a long time!
