Bardshar Chutney

The complex taste of this apple-peach chutney is altogether savory, sweet and spicy. As we say, Bardshar Chutney has never met a meat or cheese that it doesn't like, and it will surely be your best new burger topper. This recipe was given to Patsy by her late-friend Nan. When asked for the recipe, Nan's mother intentionally omitted ingredients to keep its secret. Eventually their family managed to reassemble the recipe to its original sublime taste, which we now offer to you as all-natural Bardshar Chutney (in honor of Nan's family).
